Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows or dormer windows (other than those expressly authorised by this permission) shall be constructed at first floor level on the north-east (side) elevation of the approved extension facing Nos 1 and 3 Garden Street.
